About
About CostClock AI
CostClock AI is a software project focused on helping freelancers, studios, and small teams manage the financial operations around client work.
It was founded by Terrence Schonleber to make it easier to keep time tracking, invoices, follow-up, and operational visibility in one place instead of spread across disconnected tools.
The goal is simple: help people spend less time piecing together admin work and more time actually running the business side of client work with confidence.
Who it is for
Built for client-service businesses that need more than a timer.
CostClock is aimed at people who need to track work, understand what should be invoiced, manage follow-up, and keep a clearer handle on the money side of delivery — without stitching together five different products every day.
Current stage
CostClock is currently in a controlled beta phase.
The product is already far enough along to support real workflows and serious demos, but it is still being refined before a broader public opening. That means some parts are already solid, while others are still being tightened, simplified, and made more trustworthy.
What the product already covers
- • Clients and projects
- • Time tracking, timesheets, calendar review, and timer workflows
- • Invoice workflows and reminder/follow-up tooling
- • Early reporting and operational visibility across client work
- • AI-assisted workflow support where it can help summarize, organize, and move work forward
What is coming next
The near-term focus is on improving onboarding, tightening the customer-facing experience, and making the operational rails feel more trustworthy. Over time, CostClock is intended to grow into a stronger AI-assisted workspace for running the financial side of client work, not just a basic invoicing tool.
